​Our Showroom

For those who would rather take the first step visiting us, our showroom is located at 420 Lakeville Street across from the historic state landmark "Sunset Line & Twine" and is easy to get to from all areas we cover. Parking is easy and there are many restaurants and shops in "Old Downtown" if you would like to make a day out of it.

We have many displays, sunroom shades, photos, samples, and customer letters from happy clients thanking us for their fantastic sunspace. See our "Tunnel of Heat" to see how our lifetime guaranteed glass, ( Conservaglass Select ), performs against our competitors glass. We have hundreds of photos of projects that we have actually built on display.  You also can see the many awards we have won over the years for fantastic sunroom projects. There are many catalogs for you to take home.

History

Northbay Sunspace Inc started out and incorporated the business in June 1977. We are a family owned and operated business that has proudly served thousands of customers in Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Solano, Mendocino, San Mateo, and San Francisco counties for 38 years.

We originally started out in a garage, moved to a small storage space, then to a small office with display space, and now have been in our present showroom in Petaluma for 20 plus years.

We take great pride in being a locally family owned business in the North Bay Area and sponsor Little League and The Boys and Girls Club. Mike Bertnick and son Chris, (the owners), personally over see all aspects of our operation including visiting your home for a free design consultation.

We personally design most of the projects we build as well as work at times with your architect. The owners have worked in the field as well as in the office for 38 years and understand your needs, desires, and budget. We treat our clients the way a business is supposed to treat them. Northbay Sunspace Inc. has designed very simple small projects as well as very large custom projects and give the same attention and expertise to both. We do not employ commissioned sales people or sub out the construction of your Sunspace.
